Challenge & outcome
The system needed to provide meaningful feedback without creating another layer of administrative work. The design therefore prioritizes automatic summaries, progressive disclosure, and low-frequency reminders.
Created an end-to-end experience spanning goals, actions, knowledge, and reflection, validating the interaction model of AI as a personal coach.
